The Crystal Engineering Lab (CEL) is part of the Institute of Molecular Science (ICMol) at the University of Valencia. We are interested in the development of new materials of hybrid organic and inorganic nature from a crystal engineering approach. We address both the design, as well as the synthesis and advanced characterization of the same, contemplating different scales, from nanomaterials to crystalline solids, to study fundamental properties and their uses in biomedical and environmental related fields.
