Master enrollment grants
(Ayudas para participar en el Master)
PROGRAM: The present call is made in the framework of grants to promote internationalization in the European Master in Theoretical and Computational Modelling Chemistry (EMTCCM) under the VLC / CAMPUS program - Valencia, International Campus of Excellence - , a project driven with funds from the Spanish "Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia" through the International Campus of Excellence program.
(PROGRAMA: Convocatoria de ayudas para fomentar la internacionalización del European Master in Theoretical and Computational Modelling Chemistry (EMTCCM) en el marco del VLC/CAMPUS -Valencia, International Campus of Excellence- proyecto impulsado con fondos del Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia mediante el programa Campus de Excelencia Internacional)
PURPOSE: Funding aids to students enrolled in either the first or second year of the EMTCCM.
(OBJETO: Ayudas de matrícula para estudiantes matriculados en el primer o segundo curso del master EMTCCM)
WHO CAN APPLY: Students having enrolled in either the first or second year (at least 60 ECTS credits) of the European Master in Theoretical Chemistry and Computational Modelling at University of Valencia in the 2012-2013 academic year.
(QUIEN PUEDE SOLICITARLA: Estudiantes que se encuentren matriculados en el primer o segundo año (60 créditos mínimo) del EMTCCM en la Universidad de Valencia en el curso 2012-2013)
AMOUNT: The number of grants is 4 (four). The maximal amount of each grant is 2000'- € (two thousand euro).
(DOTACIÓN: El número de ayudas convocadas es 4 (cuatro). La cantidad máxima de cada ayuda sera de 2000'- €)
DUTIES OF GRANT HOLDERS:
Each granted student must provide in due course the documents required in order to justify the payment of the enrollment fees of the master course. All the expenses must have occurred before December 31, 2012.
(OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS: Cada estudiante beneficiario de una ayuda deberá aportar, llegado el momento, los justificantes necesarios de haber abonado los gastos de matrícula del curso. Los pagos deberán haberse efectuado antes del 31 de diciembre de 2012)
APPLICATIONS:
Interested students can apply before 23:00 hours of Saturday, November,10th. 2012 To apply, the following form must be filled (Link) (The form includes an e-mail address to which the resolution will be communicated) A copy of the enrollment state of the applicant as it is provided by the "Secretaria Virtual" must be provided. In case of doubt, the Director of the Master will verify the enrollment status of the applicant.
(SOLICITUDES: Los estudiantes interesados pueden presentar la solicitud hasta las 23:00 horas del sábado 10 de noviembre de 2012. Para ello, deben completer el formulario siguiente: (Link). (En el formulario se indicará una dirección e-mail a la que se desea que se comunique la resolución de esta convocatoria). Se aportará una copia del estado de matricula proporcionado por la "Secretaria Virtual". En caso de duda, el Director del Master verificará el estado de matricula de la persona solicitante)
AWARDING:
The applications will be studied by the director of the master and at least two PDI members of the CCA (Comisión de Coordinación Académica) and the resolution will be communicated to the applicants into six working days of the time limit at the e-mail address provided in the application form.
(ADJUDICACIÓN: Las solicitudes serán estudiadas por el director del master y al menos dos miembros de la Comisión de Coordinación Académica, CCA, y la resolución se comunicará en el plazo de seis dias hábiles desde el fin de la convocatoria a la dirección e-mail indicada en el formulario)
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:
This grant is not compatible with Erasmus Mundus grants (Category A or B) for the same academic course 2012-13 .
(CONDICIONES ADICIONALES: Esta ayuda no es compatible con becas Erasmus Mundus (categoria A o B) para el mismo curso academico 2012-13)
