This morning, April 3rd, the Institute of Molecular Science (ICMol) hosted a new edition of its Innovation Breakfast series — a space designed to foster dialogue between science and industry. The session featured Dr. Lourdes Pastor Pérez, Senior Researcher at Freudenberg Performance Materials, who shared her expertise in the field of advanced materials for medical and hygiene applications.

During her talk, Dr. Pastor Pérez highlighted current challenges in R&D related to technical textiles, with a special focus on innovative solutions for healthcare, such as components for wound care, stoma and transdermal applications.
