Breakthrough in vacuum-deposited perovskites

A recently article by our group entitled “Vacuum Deposited Triple‐Cation Mixed‐Halide Perovskite Solar Cells” has been highlighted on the news website AdvancedScienceNews.com.
In that work, we demonstrate an innovative multiple-source thermal vacuum deposition approach for growing mixed-cation/mixed-halide perovskite layers. These results broaden the use of vapor-deposition technology and enable a suitable method to tune thickness and composition of the material.
