The “Real Sociedad Española de Quimica” (Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry) has awarded Eugenio Coronado with the Gold Medal, the maximum price of this institution dedicated to promote, develop and disseminate knowledge in the area of Chemistry.
This Medal recognizes Coronado’s scientific career focused in molecular magnetism, in particular, design and synthesis of new molecular materials with magnetic, electrical and optical properties.
Eugenio Coronado is the Director of the Institute of Molecular Science and one of the most quoted chemist in international scientific publications.
